Quail Egg Sheller Operation Steps

1. The eggs should be placed for 3-5 days.

2. Boil the water, put in the cold water, stir and pour in the egg. Stir immediately for about 1 minute. Boil it with high fire. When the water boils again, stop fire for about 10-15 minutes. Pick up the bad eggs floating on the water.

3. After the cease-fire, take out the eggs and soak them in water for cooling for about 5 minutes before breaking the shells. (it is better to use the shell breaker)

4. Put the broken eggs in cold water and soak for about 15 minutes, then you can peel the eggs on the machine.

5. Switch on the power and water source, control the water flow (the flow determines the speed of egg output production)

6. Put the cooled eggs into the egg box and peel them.
