Cup Sealing Machine Working Principle

The heating aluminum disc at a certain temperature presses the positioned sealing film to the plastic cup, the sealing film fits the rim of the cup tightly and seals the cup. At the same time, the cutter at the periphery of the heating disc cuts off the sealing film along the outer rim of the cup. The cut off circular sealing film seals the opening of the cup completely to form a separate sealed cup.

1.Put the plastic cup into the cup mold.

2.The cup will be fed automatically at set time for sealing. (if manual operation it need to press the button manually)

3.It will extend automatically after sealing is well done.

4.Left film frame automatically winds up the film.

5.Take out the sealed cup.
