Blister Packing Machine
1. The blister packaging machine adopts a new type of high-power transmission mechanism, and the transmission shaft is driven by the row chain, which avoids the error and noise of other gear transmission.
2. The blister packing machine's imported control system is adopted for the electrical appliances, so that the missing materials and missing particles detection and elimination devices (Omron sensor) can be configured according to the customer's requirements. Imported frequency converter is adopted.
3. The blister packaging machine adopts sectional combination: PVC forming, feeding and heat sealing as one section, hot strip aluminum cold forming, heat sealing and blanking as one section, which can be used for split packaging.
4. The blister packaging machine adopts photoelectric control system, PVC, PTP, tropical aluminum packaging automatic feeding, waste edge automatic receiving device, to ensure the stability of multi position synchronization for super long distance.
5. The blister packaging machine can be equipped with photoelectric detection and correction device, imported stepper motor traction, graphic printing and packaging to optimize the packaging grade.
