芒果雕刻机操作原理

石果

电机通过 v带旋转 转子高速旋转 果子通过进料端口输入机器由离心力、果汁和物料(变成纸浆)通过筛片布槽进入下一个过程,石块排入水洞,实现纸浆和残留物自分离

软果实

Motor is driven through v-belt, enables the sraper which mounted in the spline shaft rotate in high speed,when cracked fruits entered the machine through feed port, the retaining pulp tray sends the materials evenly between scraper and screen cloth,due to the gyroscopic action of scraper and the exist of lead angle,the materials are moved toward outlet end along cylinder, the moving trajectory is spiral-shaped,the materials are cracked in the move process between scraper and screen cloth by means of centrifugal force, juice and flesh which have been pulped enter to the next process through sieve pit(two pass beating machine will repeat the above process ),the skin and seed are discharged from taphole, then can achieve the purpose of autosegregation.机器只能通过修改不同的屏幕布和调整抓取器的领先角变换速度以获得满意结果
