Quail Egg Machine For Peeling Shell
This quail egg shelling machine has the advantages of high shelling efficiency, simple operation, low damage rate, durable food grade stainless steel, and is suitable for restaurants, processing plants, snack bars, etc.
OPERATION METHOD:
1. Use 3-5 days of fresh quail eggs for 10-15 minutes.
2. Boil the water and put the quail eggs into the fire. Stir with a spoon for 5-8 minutes (to prevent yellowing).
3. Boil in low heat for 5-10 minutes and then pour in cold water to cool down completely.
4. Pick out the cracked or old or damaged eggs in the process of cooking.
5. Pour the eggs into the shell crusher and start to break the shell for about 5-6 minutes (large amount delay).
6. After breaking the shell, pour it into water and soak it for about 10-20 minutes (pick out the cracked egg).
7. Turn on the power supply and water pipe, turn on the waterproof switch, and start shelling.
8. The shelled egg shall be smooth without damage according to the above methods.
